TYREE MCQUEEN
ABOUT CREATOR
I’m Tyree McQueen, a New York City–based animator, illustrator, and designer with a BFA in Visual Arts & New Media from SUNY Fredonia and two years of freelance experience. I’m focused on building a career in animation, visual development, and design while bringing strong visual storytelling, experimentation, and a distinct creative perspective to every project.
Inspired by surrealism, avant-garde filmmaking, and pop culture, I create visually striking work through bold color, dreamlike imagery, and layered compositions. I’m interested in using animation and design not just to make things look good, but to communicate ideas, challenge perspectives, and make complex concepts feel immediate and memorable.
MY VISION
Crafting Visual Stories That Inspire
My underline mission is to bring imaginations to life through imaginative illustrations, engaging animations, and striking design work. I strive to revolutionize this form of visual storytelling by creating authentic, emotionally resonant experiences by crafting imagery that provokes thought and leaves a lasting impression on the viewer.
Creative Exploration
Fueled by a passion for creativity, I constantly explore new techniques in digital art and narrative design. My goal is to produce innovative artwork that challenges perceptions and enhances the storytelling experience, transporting viewers to fantastical realms of their creation.
